1. General Rule
Order changes are strictly allowed only while the order status is “Awaiting Bank Wire Payment.”
Once an order moves to any other status, no changes are permitted.
2. Orders Eligible for Change
While an order is in Awaiting Bank Wire Payment status, customers may request changes, including:

Modifying products or quantities

Changing the delivery address

Changing the shipping method

Cancelling the order
How changes are handled:

Customers must contact us with their order reference number

Changes are processed only if payment has not yet been received

No fees apply, as the order has not been paid
3. Important Notes

Order change requests must be submitted before payment is received

We reserve the right to refuse changes if payment confirmation is pending or processing

Once payment is confirmed, the order becomes final
-
Changes requested after payment will require order cancellation and refund, followed by a new order placement (where applicable)
