We’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible across Mauritius.

We offer delivery to most areas throughout Mauritius. At this time, we do not deliver to Rodrigues or other outer islands.

Click & Collect – Free pickup at our store in Vacoas
Pickup Point Delivery – Collection from designated pickup locations, available for a minimum order and based on your delivery address
Free Home Delivery - Available for orders of Rs 3,000 and above, subject to delivery schedule
Express Home Delivery – Paid home delivery available for orders of Rs 500 and above, depending on the delivery address

Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Time:
- Free Home Delivery: depending on scheduling.
- Express Home Delivery: 1 to 2 business days (available in selected regions).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Express Delivery charges will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.

Prefer to collect your order?

Click & Collect – choose this option at checkout and pick up your items from our warehouse/store.
Free Delivery at Pickup Locations – choose this option to collect your order from a designated pickup point.

We offer pickup points in all regions: North, South, East, West, or Central.

If you notice any damage to your package upon delivery:

Note it with the delivery agent if possible.
