Returns
We accept returns within [14] days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dcogato.mu with the following:

Reason for return

Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are usually issued within [7–10] business days

Shipping costs (if paid by the customer) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Return Shipping

Late or Missing Refunds
