Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled on our store.
All refunds are processed as monetary refunds only. No vouchers or store credits are issued.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel an order depending on its current order status.

Orders eligible for cancellation:
  • Awaiting payment

  • Payment accepted

  • Preparing in progress

If your order is in one of the above statuses and has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately.

A full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.


Orders NOT eligible for cancellation:
  • Shipped

  • Delivered

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated under our Returns & Refunds process.


2. Refund Method (Important)

  • All approved refunds are processed as monetary refunds only

  • Refunds are made via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

  • Vouchers or store credits are not offered

A credit slip (refund document) will be generated for every refund as proof.


3. Refunds According to Order Status

4. Returns After Delivery

If an order has been Delivered:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • A return request must be made according to our Returns Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and approved:

    • A refund will be processed

    • A credit slip will be issued

    • Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


6. Order Cancellation by the Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Payment failure

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or system errors

If payment was already received:

  • A full refund will be issued

  • A credit slip will be generated
