Where We Deliver

We deliver across Mauritius. At this time, we do not deliver to Rodrigues or other outer islands.


Delivery Options

  • Click & Collect – Free pickup at our store in Vacoas
  • Pickup Point Delivery –Collection from designated pickup locations on Saturdays (available for a minimum order value)
  • Free Home Delivery - Available for orders of Rs 3,000 and above
  • Express Home Delivery – Available across Mauritius at Rs 150

Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 17:30 will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Free Home Delivery – Next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
    • Express Home Delivery – Next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.


Delivery Charges

Express Home Delivery is available at a flat rate of Rs 150, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.


Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons (e.g. unavailability, incorrect address), a re-delivery fee will apply.


Delivery Conditions

Frozen and refrigerated products are not available for Home Delivery. However, these items can be ordered via Click & Collect (in-store pickup) or Pickup Point delivery.

Prefer to collect your order?

  • Click & Collect – choose this option at checkout and pick up your items from our store.
  • Pickup Point Delivery – choose this option to collect your order from a designated pickup point.

  • La City (Trianon)
  • Tribeca Mall (Trianon)
  • Bagatelle (Moka)
  • Intermart (Ebene) 

What If My Parcel Is Damaged?

If you notice any damage to your package upon delivery:

  • Note it with the delivery agent if possible.
  • Take a photo and contact us immediately:

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To protect your orders:

  • Deliveries may require a signature or ID upon receipt.
